Hey there–we’re so happy you found us! We are TKO Homes, a family owned and operated company. Our business started in Twin Falls, and for the past 24 years, we’ve gained a wealth of building experience in the Idaho housing market. So, what does “TKO” stand for? It represents us–Todd and Kim Ostrom. However, as of 2022, you’ll have the pleasure of working with our talented son, Hunter Ostrom, who is now the general manager of TKO Homes.

About Kerigan
I was born and raised in Homedale, Idaho and I have always had an appreciation for the towns and communities that we build. Growing up in a family that works in construction, building homes is not only something I know, but something I love. At my company, we make every house feel like a custom home by bringing value and elegance to every aspect of design. Our goal is to make every town better by creating homes that are worth having. We take pride in using high-quality materials and craftsmanship to build lasting homes that our customers will enjoy for years to come. Community is at the core of what we do, and we strive to create spaces that bring people together and become part of the fabric of any town we build in.
2022 marked a significant chapter in my life as TKO Homes was transferred to me and I became the general manager of our family business. Academically, I have a BA in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame. My true education comes from a lifetime of learning under the wing of my father, Todd. I decided to follow in his footsteps and have become dedicated to TKO Homes because I believe in what we stand for–building affordable homes without compromising the quality. Beyond the blueprints, you can catch me enjoying the outdoors and sports. My passion for golf allowed me to have a long career playing golf for both the University of Notre Dame and the University of Texas. As I navigate the exciting future of TKO Homes, I bring a fresh perspective, a commitment to our values, and a dedication to continue building homes that stand as a testament to quality and affordability. About Hunter
Our expertise comes from 24 years of building experience between the Magic and Treasure valley, as well as many other places throughout Idaho. Todd Ostrom began with a background in Sales and merged his passion for selling with his love for creation. Through over two decades of challenges and triumphs, he mastered the art of creating affordable products, giving TKO a competitive edge. Hunter, learning from his dad his entire life, has begun to follow in his footsteps. This wealth of knowledge has come from 24 years of hands-on experience building within the Idaho market.
Our Expertise
TKO’s mission has been and will continue to be to create an affordable product for all of our customers no matter what kind of product they are trying to create. We believe that the building industry has become synonymous with greed. Our mission is to prove to all the people that we come into contact with that the statement “you get what you pay for” couldn’t be further from the truth. We take pride each and every day calling ourselves the affordable builder, that is why we put it on our sign.
Our Mission
Our approach to doing business is that we believe in karma. If we don’t do something to create an affordable product that our clients can be proud of, then we are part of the problem that will continue to perpetuate the idea that buying a home isn’t going to be a possibility for everyone. We make every effort possible to ensure that we are able to put out a product that is both quality, but also affordable. Affordable does not mean cheap. We DO NOT use the word cheap in our business. Along with this Todd Ostrom has always said that “if you keep the customer in mind with every decision you will be able to make this business work.” That is why the customer will always be our highest priority.
